5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery: We offer delivery services within the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Delivery fees may apply based on distance and order size. You will be informed of the delivery charges at checkout.
Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order, please arrive at the designated time and location. Heartbaked is not responsible for any items not picked up on the scheduled date.
